From the Tunao family, this lure swim at the sub surface. It is very efficient for salty water species like Bluefish, Jacks, Dolphin, Tunas, Yellowtails, Amberjacks, and for fresh water can be used for Barramundi and others.
Depending of the speed you use the lure it can swim from top water (like a walk the dog lure) to deep water (like a twitch bait). Your particular swim is very attractive.
